Cancellation Policy

Booking & Payments: All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking. Sessions are billed per hour and can be stacked back-to-back for longer blocks. Bookings can be made online up to 30 days in advance, subject to availability. Rates: Standard -$30/hr (DJ Room) • $40/hr (Production Room) - Packages and Memberships available for discounted rates. Prepaid Hour Packs and Pro Membership hours may be applied at checkout. Bookings are non-transferable and must be made under the name of the person attending. Cancellations & Refunds: More than 72 hours before session start: Full refund to the original payment method. 24 to 72 hours before session start: 20% cancellation fee applies; remaining balance refunded. Less than 24 hours before session start: Non-refundable. No-shows (failure to arrive within 15 minutes of start time) are automatically canceled and non-refundable. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session up to 12 hours before the start time at no cost. Reschedules requested within 12 hours of your session will be treated as cancellations. If your rescheduled session is later canceled, the original booking date determines refund eligibility. Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full booking. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late without notice may result in reduced session time or forfeiture without refund. If the room is still available, you may extend your session at the standard hourly rate. Guests & Lounge Access: Each booking includes access for you + 1 guest. Guests must remain with you or in the lounge area at all times. Lounge access outside your session time requires a valid Lounge Pass or membership. Equipment & Conduct: Users are responsible for any damage or misuse of equipment during their session. Do not alter cables, change settings, or install software without staff approval. Keep food and drinks away from all gear. Respect noise limits and other members using the facility.
