HOW BOOKING WORKS:

• Each session is 1 hour.

Need more time? When booking, select “Add Another Service” to stack multiple sessions before scheduling.

• Rooms are a standard hourly rate (You can purchase Memberships or Hour Packages for discounted rates and member benefits.)

• Payment: Pay online at checkout. Prepaid credits apply automatically.

• Cancellations: Free reschedule within 12 hours of session / Full refund if canceled 72+ hours before start. Within 12 hours = non-refundable. Within 72-12 hour = 20% fee

• Arrival: Please arrive on time. 15+ minutes late without notice may forfeit your room.

• Guests: 1 guest max per booking; must remain with you or in the lounge.

• Additional Guests must purchase a Lounge Pass

• Lounge Access: Included during your session.
